Cancellations with 24-hour + notice:

The full deposit amount will be applied as a deposit credit to a rescheduled booking. Only one rescheduling is allowed and must occur within two weeks of the original booking date. If the booking is cancelled or rescheduled again within that time, the deposit credit is lost.

Less than 24-hour notice:

%50 of your deposit will be applied as a deposit credit to a rescheduled booking- only one rescheduling is allowed, and it must take place within two weeks of the original booking date. If the booking is cancelled or rescheduled again within that time, the deposit credit is lost.

Less than 3 hours notice on same-day bookings: no refund

No Show: There will be no refund, and no future bookings will be accepted without a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total rate fee.

Tours (Calgary/Ft Mac etc):

Cancellations with at least 72- 48 hours notice: %50 of deposit refunded.

Less than 48 hours notice: 25% of deposit will be refunded.

Less than 24 hours notice: no refund

Less than 3 hours notice on same-day bookings: no refund

No-show: No refund will be given, and no future bookings will be accepted without a non-refundable 50% deposit of the total rate fee.
